After signing in, all essential information will be filled out automatically when you place an order. As a member, you will have exclusive access to all members-only events and promotions.
Please follow the steps below to place your order.
- Step 1 : Search for products.
- Step 2 : Add the items to your shopping cart.
- Step 3 : Log in with your account or place an order as a guest.
- Step 4 : Fill out the order form.
- Step 5 : Choose your preferred payment method and proceed.
- Step 6 : You’ll receive a message confirming the successful completion of your order with an order number.
If you place an order as a guest, please make sure to take notes of your order number and approval number in step 6 once you’ve made the payment with your card. However, if you’re registered as a member, there is no need to keep track of them as they’ll be automatically saved.
For certain high-value orders, you may receive a call from your credit card company to verify the transaction. In case where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or unauthorized use, your order may be put on hold or cancelled.
You can make deposits in person via PC banking, online banking, mobile banking or at a nearby bank, even without a bankbook.
The name of the depositor should match the one you provided when placing the order. If payment is not made within 3 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the items and there could be potential delays.
Your refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your return. If you paid with a credit card, we will cancel the authorization to ensure that you’re not charged. (Please note that payment may be processed initially but will be credited back to your account in the following month.)
Points associated with orders become available after 20 days from the date the delivery process is completed. During these 20 days, they’ll be classified as unavailable points. Unavailable points are those that have not been converted into an available state due to returns, order cancellations, etc.
Available points (Total points – used points – unavailable points) can be used for future purchases immediately
Terms and conditions of use
You can freely redeem your points without any restrictions on the minimum or maximum number of points that can be used.
If you cancel or return an order, you points associated with the purchases will be deducted. If you cancel your membership, all accumulated points will be automatically expired. Additionally, points can be deleted if no additional points have been earned for 3 years since the last point accrual.
