Exchanges Policy
You can exchange unopened products purchased on the PINKWONDER official website within 7 days with the products of equal or higher value by paying the balance.
Returns Policy
Products must be returned unopened and in original condition within 7 days of purchase to be refundable. Your refund will be processed once we receive and check the item’s condition, deducting any applicable shipping fees.
If you want to initiate a return, please contact us in advance via PINKWONDER KakaoTalk. If you’re seeking a refund due to skin troubles, please send us a message via KakaoTalk with the doctor’s notes or photos to help identify your skin condition within 7 days.
All refunds will be proceeded back to your original method of payment.
Products cannot be exchanged or returned:
- If they have been destroyed or damaged by the customer. However, it’s acceptable if only the package was damaged to check the products
- If the package has been opened or used as it may affect the value of the products
- If the product has been used, either fully or partially, as this may result in a significant decrease in their value
- If it has been too long since the purchase, leading to a significant decrease in their value and rendering them unsuitable for resale
- If the package that can be reused has been destroyed
